Yesterday’s ground search was very productive. I am in the process of compiling a report and linking ground photos to visions and other pertinent data. I expect to have a detailed report posted within two days.
**Update** Tuesday, July 8, 2009 8:40 AM – The report will not be posted until after this weekend’s search. We are in the process of obtaining written permission to search a specific property that is privately owned and it’s been decided that a report indicating this precise location would be premature until after the area has been thoroughly searched.
**Update** Wednesday, July 15, 2009 2:38 PM – See http://whereabouts67.wordpress.com/2009/07/13/ground-search-07-12-09/ for more information. The report will not be published until further notice. We have a single location pinpointed and do not want to interefere with that location in any way until it has bee thoroughly searched.
Sampling of ground search photos:

This is Dead Mans Cave - a place where in earlier times, when the Shipping Canal was first in use, they would store the "floaters" found in the canal.

Fiddyment Creek Tiny Waterfall runs under New Avenue through the Chevron/Trihydro Plant and Drains into the historical I & M Canal
The search for Lisa Stebic, Stacy Peterson, and John Spira continues.
